Both Aer Lingus and Norwegian will include a standard carry-on bag plus a personal item in their lowest fares. Norwegian limits the combined weight of these items to just 22 lbs. (10kg). Norwegian has announced that, after October, it will suspend its flights from Providence to Cork, Shannon, Belfast, and Ediburgh, and from Newburgh to Belfast.
