Where are the good deals for next fall?

Q. I need to fly to the Seattle area around September 1. I see a lot of good deals for travel to Seattle, but most of them limit travel to no later than August 14. When will travel dates be extended past September 1?

A. The airlines release fares and determine fare periods. The release dates are top-secret and not for prying eyes like ours here at Airfarewatchdog. All we can promise is that as soon as we know, we'll post it on the website and shout it from the mountaintops - or at least our newsletters! Stay tuned.

I flew AF last summer NY to Paris. The trip was OK, if you can call the "cattle car" seats OK. What I saw of Business Class was to die for....

For what it is worth: 1- I do not know for sure, but I seriously doubt 1 hr is long enough to feel comfortable going through immigration, and then finding your flights. 2- I flew Air France a long time ago with a good flying experience on a 777; however, when I arrived in Paris and had a long 4 hour layover to Moscow I specifically asked the ticket agent to see if my baggage was on this connecting flight. She did look at the manifest, but when I arrived in Moscow my luggage was no where to be found. After spending 4 hours in a line managed by Aeroflot I was able to file the paperwork on my missing luggage. Eventually, I was able to locate my luggage, but only with my calling Air France several times in Moscow. Finally, when my luggage arrived at the Samara Airport (500 miles Southeast of Moscow) the airport charged me a "storage fee." Talk about a nightmare; therefore, the only real problem I had with Air France was their losing my luggage; otherwise, my flight was a very good and pleasant experience.

Does anyone have experience with Spirit Air from Montego Bay Jamaica to Tampa with only 1 hr.5 min for connecting? Is this adequate time to get thru immigration and customs? I'm afraid to book until I hear from someone.

I have a question about 2 airlines. Early October of this year my new wife and I will be flying to Rome for our honeymoon. We've looked at 3 airlines: AirFrance, Iberia and British Airways. The reveiws I've read about BA have always been consistently good. That hasn't been the caseabout AirFrance and Iberia. Has anyone had any first hand experience flying both AF and Iberia. This will be our first trip overseas. While I know everything will never be
100% perfect I like to get honest feedback. Any suggestions on either Airfrance or Iberia would be great..
thanks,
Gregory.
