I missed my return flight, Called them and told them I would be missing flight. They told me to come in to airport when I got back to town and they would put me on standby..When I arrived at airport they told me I had to buy a brand new ticket to get home. I ended up spending 3X the amount to get home than the entire round trip ticket cost me. NEVER FLY AMERICAN!!!!!!!
