It started from the check-in where the agents had absolutely no interest in working. Two agents and a supervisor. They disappeared through a door in the back and helped no one. Huge line forming they had no interest in helping anyone check-in. We waited at least 25 minutes befor people in line started to get ugly. Went to board the plane they took us outside and they would not let us board the plane. Had to wait 30 minutes in the sweltering heat on the tarmac for them to fuel the plane. Get on the plane it is at least 90 degrees!!!!! The engine that cools the plane did not work. The overhead individual vents were broken for my seat and the gentleman next to me. We push back from the gate and they inform us we will sit on the tarmac for 30 minutes before we are allowed to take off in the 90 degree plane. The plane started to cool off when be started our descent to Detroit Metro. I am not a complainer but I will be writing to Delta on this one.!!!!
