I enjoyed the Flight Down to PBI, on April 09, 2011. The Flight Back was also Fine, but there was a 3 Hour delay, And wasn't really sure why. Phila. Weather had rain early, but we were not due in to 05:30PM. Other then that, the Flights were fine.

Flew to Philly from West Palm Beach for a one day meeting. Took first flight out and paid for 1st class. What I got was a bigger seat and some coffee. Did not even get a roll or peanut. I did sleep some so perhaps the snack box passed me by, however did not get offered anything when I woke up. The flight home was terrible. The switched planes to smaller 737-300 series. I was in coach as no first available. It had the worst leg room I have seen on any carrier in the US. The passenger in the middle actually got in a shouting match, which needed a flight attendent to get involved, with the passenger in front of her because he put the seat back and it pushed her tray table into her stomach (and she was pregnant). I paid $50 (shame on me) to switch to an earlier flight which left an hour late due to the switch to smaller plane and need to put more bags in cargo hold (the airline will tell you it was weather. I do not know why we as (buiness) fliers put up with this and pay these fares. The flight attendents and pilot were pleasant enough and I try not to blame them.

On-time departure, online checkin a breeze, zone boarding could be smoother.

Why do all airlines seem to have dropped the "board the passengers sitting in the back first, and work our way forward" approach? It worked smoothly, but all my recent flying experiences have not been boarded that way. On the return leg from Philly to West Palm, the plane arrived late due to weather. Once pre-boarding was done, and zones were called, the flight attendant barked at all of us entering the plane to "hurry up and get our bags in the overhead ASAP", since the plane was leaving in 8 minutes. According to her, our delay was due to the eight special needs pre-boarded passengers, and now we were late. NO! We were late due to weather delays, and we should not be yelled at and treated like kindergarden children! Otherwise, all was fairly okay.
