Have been using JetBlue now for over a year (on my children's suggestions) and have been very happy ever since. Free bags, nice snacks, legroom and entertainment, what do the other airlines not understand? Never again United/Continental.

Because they had such a completely filled plane,going both ways, the inservice attention was just average, as you can expect. At least Continental always keeps you abreast of any flight delays & the cockpit does always keep you in the loop which is much appreciated.

Easy, quiet, although disturbing that all the little TV's were on - I finally figured out how to turn them off and all was then blissful.

The flight was smooth, the seats very comfortable, and the time of the flight was perfect. I will definitely fly Jet Blue again.

A light lunch was served which was fine;so many people in tight accomdations. Flight departed & arrived pretty much on schedule a major plus!!

My flight originated in WPB. Late is not the word! We arrived in Newark 3.5 Hrs. late. There was a problem with the airplane. After 3 hours we were able to take off & arrived alive & in one piece! Uneventful!
Flight back was on time & good! More leg room would have been good. Food was a tiny cold turkey sandwich which is more than what you receive with any other airline when you fly within the US.
