JetBlue did not have their act together after the Dec.28th snowstorm in the East. We were scheduled for a 6:50PM flight out of West Palm on Dec.29th. We were told the flight was delayed. After being the airport 5 hours we were finally told that the plane was cancelled due to shortage of crew. i am sure they knew that they did not have a first officer certified to fly this plane way earlier than 10:30PM. They had very few available flights for everyone since planes had been canceled for the last 4 days. People were told they had to wait to get home after NYE. The whole situation was handled very poorly with no respect for their passengers.

For over two hours this baby screamed continually. We did feel sorry for the parent but more sorry for us that our earphones did little to muffle her/his cries.

Service & more legroom seat made this an enjoyable 2hr. 15mins. trip home..didn't feel tension or stress upon landing. Nice when an airline can provide this without paying for it!
