Flight is sold out. No snack, just a half of glass of coke product. Kid threw-up on me, did not sit with my travel companion, steward amd stewardess not friendly. Purchased tickets tru Orbitz, on-line check-in with United was very difficult. Would not take or recommend this United flight.

We departed a few minutes early, connection was on time, the flight attendents were very pleasant and the plane looked new.

The flight left on time, arrived early in Chicago, smooth flight, awesome take-off over West Palm Beach and the ocean. I wanted water from the beverage cart to take my meds and got a small glass. I asked for a bottle instead, but was refused, so had to get a second glass instead. And yet, everyone who got pop or juice got a FULL CAN. Is bottled water more expensive or something? My seat had dirty Kleenex tissues stuffed on the side by a previous passenger, and of course the window and tray were dirty, as usual. I guess no on cleans any more at all.

Decent service,checking in at the airport
a bit lengthy,as expected,also it was X-mas
