We flew jetBlue to Boston. Even at the increased price ($45) for the more leg room seats, I\we find them a bargain even on a relatively short flight. Offset by no fee checking of first bag. Flights both ways were comfortable, even though return was two hours late departing. This is our preferred airline if it goes where we want to go.

Since the checked bag is free, we take advantage of seat upgrade to have extra leg room. We feel it is well worth it, and in flight service and snacks are a plus.

wheel chair asssistance for my 89 year old mom
not prepared and had to wait for assistance.
not friendly flight crew on board...grumpy
wheel chair assistance not helpful when we landed
gave us wrong suitcase and when we went to pick
it up at terminal in Boston , not helpful at all.

Our return flight left 1 hour late due to high winds. My husband and I both received a travel voucher from Jet Blue for the delay without a request. Very surprised. Planes are way too full, however.

Easy check-in, great flight. Only snag was boarding. In FL they board front and back - the back with two flights of stairs!

Jet Blue cancelled my flight on Dec 30 due to "insufficient pilots and attendants".. I was told that there was no recompensation in any form.. The flight was scheduled to leave at 5:15 pmish... they told me I could book a flight for the 31st at 8 pm or to wait for standby on a flight 3 and a half hours later... I decided to wait and was exhausted by the time I arrived at 12:30 am .. person picking me up wasn't to happy either... is it true I cant get any compensation?

When we got to pbi are flight was schuled to leave at 11:50 AM, it did not leave until 1:30 PM, with a stop in BWI. When we arrived in BWI our flight was not going to leave until 6:45PM, But there was one leaving at 5:30PM, which we got onthe stand bye list and did get on the earlier flight.
