as usual, SW was ontime. Bulkhead seat was great. The boarding pass $10.00 gimmick works great. SW is the best.

Overall, trip was lengthy due to strong headwinds and turbulence. Crew did a good job of keeping us informed of weather conditions and effects on flight and arrival time. One negative aspect re: seating/viewing design: while seated next to window (10F) the low luggage overhang and the medium size individual in center seat (row 9) made it almost impossible to view the TV screen. For 5+ hour flight, viewing TV certainly helps pass the time. Otherwise, flight was fine, crew professional, arrived on time!

As an occassional flyer, I may be out of the loop but it seems on a 4-5 hour daytime flight a customer SHOULD be offered something more than 1 can of soda or juice. No peanuts, no cookies, nothing. I know many of you may be better prepared than I but I was shocked. On arrival at PHX @ 8:30PM, there was no place open to purchase a snack between our gate and the rental car building. How can that be? I packed an apple and a few cookies for the return leg. There were also apparently some headphone issues as 2 of the 3 units in my berth were inoperable. As my seatmate said, "makes for a long flight."

Nice flight....nice I was able to select my seat. Surprised it was so crowded on the return being it was middle of the night, but it was ok. I'd fly this airline again if the price was right.

The flight was excellent, great weather, wonderful crew. They were very caring, accommodating and understanding. I love to fly Southwest and the best part is that they do not charge any luggage fees. If you see a fare cheaper than Southwest make sure to calculate your luggage fees, you'll find like I did that Southwest can't be beat for fares and service. Great Job, keep up the excellent work!!!!

This was the worst trip I've ever taken. On the leg from Tampa Bay to Phoenix, I was sat upon by a large person who arrived at the last minute and who squeezed into the middle seat of the last row. After twisting my body and having the armrest pressing into my side (and being made to feel as if this situation was MY fault--I who had come early, gotten an A boarding pass, and tried to stay away from a large person, whose thigh was under my tray table most of the flight), I spent much of the five-hour flight in the galley with the crew. On the return, Southwest broke both of my suitcases. SO--I received a voucher for the first leg, and, months later, a check for the repair of the luggage. And I am not looking forward to using the voucher, either.

Airport check in was quick and easy. Seats are worn out and leg room is average. Flight attendants were friendly and kept the soft drinks/coffee flowing. Flight departure and arrival were on time.
