    Paid for flt from IAD to ECP via ALT, actually flt was IAD to VPS via ALT. No chance at making connecting flt in ALT when leaving IAD but refused to re book flt from ALT to ECP at the later available flt. Spent 'quality' time in ALT and took flt to VPS. At least they made it to the right state.
