Monday afternoon at 4PM Jet Blue called to inform me that our flight to Ft. Lauderdale was cancelled. They offered a new flight on Friday. I called US Airways and flew to Florida the next day at almost the same time. On the departure board on Tuesday, Jet Blue had rescheduled the flight they cancelled, and it departed on time.

Monday at about 4PM Jet Blue called to say that the flight scheduled to depart on Tuesday at 10AM was cancelled. They offered a flight on Friday but no other options were available.
I managed to rebook with US AIr Monday night. When we got to the airport the Jet Blue Flight that had been cancelled was scheduled out on time.

JetBlue offers service like that in the old days - free soda and snack. Larger seats. Comfortable flight with very good personnel. Best in the business at the moment. Can't say enough about them. They might be a few dollars more expensive but they are well worth it.

The trip to Florida left and arrived on time. The flight was smooth and uneventful. The return trip, however, was delayed for 45 minutes and then we sat on the runway for another 30 minutes. When changing planes, the second was also delayed which meant we were able to make our connection and more importantly, our luggage followed us home! I would fly Delta again...but would look for more time to make connections.
