Both legs were not good.
Leg 1 from IAD to ORD = sat on plane with no A/C & 101 degree temp. for 45 min. About 250 people.
Leg 2 from ORD to CID = flight delayed 2 1/2 hrs. Sat in 90 degree temp for 35 min. again with no A/C. Person in front of me asked for water to take a pill - she was told "no" as it is a "no service" flight and she (stewardess) would have to give everyone some. No explaination for 35 min. delay after crew onboard either.
