The whole flight experience was somewhat so so until we reached our final destination. We were retrieving our baggage it was the last flight of the evening. I had put our child's stroller in as a check at front gate because of my past experience with other flights where the stroller gets messed up with the rest of the baggages under the plane. Well I noticed my daughters stroller wasn't pushing the same as it did before our flight. It was fine throughout our entire trip until we reached the end of our flight which was Washington/Virginia. I addressed the problem to the guy at the Frontier desk and he told me I had to fill out acomplaint form. Which was fine since the wheel had bent, the flight from Denver to our destination. They probably just threw itunder or something careless. Anyways to make a long story short. They didn't call me back on reguards the complaint until today and its now October. The stroller was a pretty pricey one too it's a Maclaren. Anyone's who's familiar with Maclaren knows it not cheap in price. Basically I'm not sure my family of four kids and a husband and I will be investing our time and money and time with that airlines again. I would still appreciate it if someone could assist me with that situation they left me with. It was a pretty expensive trip we took this summer with that airlines. I don't reccomend that Airlines to anyone with any kids and stroller s to take that airlines. They might be heartless and leave you in limbo as they did to my family with the stroller situation.

Everything went well, which is unusual these days. I really don't enjoy flying but this was about all I could hope for realistically. I even got cereal, milk, and a banana!! Everything was better than my flights on Frontier, American, United and even U.S. Air.

Maybe because things have gotten so bad with airlines these days, Continental stood out as particularly good. I have traveled several airlines in the past two years. Was pleasantly surprised to be offered cereal, milk, and banana on the first leg both ways. The airline staff were professional and helpful. The flight crew said good bye and thanked us. Boarding by row went smoothly.

The staff was all super friendly with me as I traveled with two young children. The flights left on time and arrived early. Very smooth. Not a lot of extra bells and whistles, but there was wifi on the plane if people wanted to pay for it.
