This was my first time flying with Frontier and it was wonderful. The staff was extremely courteous, the warm cookies were scrumptious and the cable television was an unexpected treat. The leg-room was perfect;I was able to stretch my legs completely in front of me. I will fly Frontier again if the opportunity arrives. Thank you for a "great trip"!

Since you don't get much complimentary cabin service in coach any more, an airport like DCA helps make the flying experience pleasant. This USAir flight was nonstop and we were only 10 minutes late so it wasn't bad at all. However, a morning flight like that should offer more than just snacks even if they were for sale.

Everything was great except the seats. Each seat did not have the same storage underneath. I had to hold my "in flight" items (book, iPod, magazines) because my carry on needed to go in the above storage. I would have put said items in the holder on the seat in front of me but the passenger leaned his seat back the entire time and my knees were pretty much up to my chin.

Got me where I needed to go. Flights were fine, just fine. Last leg home was too cold on plane though.

The flight made me wish for the old days when service was key. Service on the flights wasn't bad, just not exceptional. Check in was a breeze because we checked in online. The flight itself was fine. Had a little problem with a carryon bag on the second leg, but no problems on the return. Didn't buy any in-flight food. The flights were very basic, without much fanfare. If possible, always check in online, it really saves huge amounts of time.

Flying is no longer a pleasure and Delta is no different than any other airlines I fly (AA, US Airways, etc.). Outgoing flight was full, there was a semi-attentive crew. Return flight, was ok, crew seemed harried and angry about something – was lucky enough to be assigned an exit row that only had one seat in the row. The best thing about Delta is that they play movies and television programs and have good cookies.
