My wife & I started to use AirTran a few years ago. We have never been disappointed! We upgrade to Business class whenever we can. We found the ticket agents, check-in & boarding desk, and service stewards provide excellent service, with a smile. I dislike the "security" people who really do not provide safety for us and who do their job poorly. We both are handicapped & it does become a challenge dealing with poorly trained people. AirTran folks, 100%. Security-50%. We carry on our own food. Their drinks are fine!
