“Male flight attendant reeked of cologne”

We had a 20 minute delay, but the worst part of the flight was all the cologne wafting from one of the male attendants as he walked up and down the aisle

At DCA we found out our flight would be delayed due to bad weather earlier in the day in the southern states. But, not to worry, we would still make connecting flight in DTW to FNT... We did not make connecting flight. Airport in DTW was closed for night, no food, all hotels filled, no flights available next day to get to FNT either as many planes had been delayed causing overbooking next day. We asked about car rentals. Delta was not going to reimburse us for lost portion of trip as we bought "non-refundable ticket". I used my clout as SkyMiles member to get partial refund of $92 per ticket according to phone agent. We rented a car for $76 and drove to FNT where we picked up our car and went home. Six weeks later still no refund on credit card. I called Delta, discussed matter and agent's promise night of flight with managers. I was promised the matter would be solved. Last month, my credit card had a $21 credit for forfeited ticket. Did not cover car rental, aggravation, or lost time. Very disappointed in Delta takeover of NWA in Michigan. Will become a UAL loyal customer from now on as their credit card is more easily used and they have more flights with partner airlines in MI. Haven't tried them out yet on refunds for cancelled flights...
