“Right side of the holidays for travel”

Traveling to return on the 20th of December time frame is the best decision I could have made this year for leisure flight. The flights weren't chocked full yet and the experience was positive. I fly a lot on business and this purely leisure flight was wonderful compared to most of my high-stress experiences lately with almost all airlines coming and going from Washington Reagan. It is a smaller airport, which I love, and sometimes I feel like it is my little secret that I don't want to get out! Dulles is a pain to get to and from and the parking is awful. Baltimore has great deals, but the drive up there is mind-numbing and a traffic nightmare! Now that Jet Blue has flights in and out of DCA, albeit with limited destinations, I will look for them first when I have travel in my future.

Plane left late on way out and had to abort the landing at the last minute! Pilot error or controller error? On return trip, plane left late again.
