My husband returned to Boston on Jet Blue on the first flight out of Washington. He doesn't drink coffee, but asked for tea. After being overlooked, he asked the flight attendant for a cup of tea, but she was too busy pouring coffee. How long does it take to give a cup of hot water and a tea bag, anyway. Disappointing. Jet Blue is much better than this.

I flew from Reagan National Airport to Boston Logan. It's about an hour flight. This flight was nothing to write home about. My biggest complaint was the website was annoying to use since the flash portions had a hard time loading, so checking-in was not a good experience when it should be the easiest thing to get right. I think this is a problem with a lot of pilots, but I was annoyed that whenever he came over the speaker, he was mumbling and it was impossible to understand what he had to say. Pilots need to learn to annunciate or just dont come over the speakers and let the flight attendants relay the message.

I usually fly Jetblue when I go to Boston and this was a big step down. Jetblue is a better airline in almost every way. If you can manage it, I would recommend Jetblue instead. They have better seats (complete with a little pillow where you can adjust the sides of the headrest so your head doesnt roll around if you fall asleep), in flight entertainment all the time, etc.
