My flight going to Atlanta was fine. My connection flight from Atlanta was delayed an hour notification of the delayed kept changing. My returning flight from Baton Rouge was delayed and there was not a ticket agent at the gate to provide customer service. Upon arriving to Atlanta I was informed that I had 10 minutes to catch my next flight which happened to be in another concourse. Never received an explanation for the delay and was not given an opportunity to check for additional connecting flights because there was not any tickets agents available until minutes to boarding.
