Recently completed a round trip from Vancouver to Saskatoon - both ways the flights were delayed - from Vancouver more than a half hour late - from Saskatoon over an hour. Returning from Saskatoon I had to connect in Calgary - the airline was very good about holding the connecting flight so that I could board, and they even managed to get my baggage transferred. While I was annoyed about the delays, I must say the flights were quite enjoyable, though the seating in Jazz craft is very cramped. Overall I was pleased with the efficiency, but wish flights could be more predictable.
