Trip to Colorado and back on Southwest arrived early both legs. An extra suitcase full of ski clothes, snow boots, etc. meant my husband & I checked three bags. What a great deal to do it for free on Southwest! 2 pkgs of peanuts each, too. I thought those were banned! And very friendly staff. Like the new boarding system on Southwest as well.

I was on time. Flight was good. Crew was nice. That is wonderful. The overhead storage was an issue for a lot of people because we didn't know we were not going to be able to store our carry ons due to the plane size. Waiting for the bags outdoors was miserable due to the cold. Overall, though-good flight, good crew, happy flying!
