The Southwest people were very good under the circumstances. But, those circumstances were that nearly every flight coming into and out of LV was late. My original flight, due to leave at 8:50 pm was not going to leave until nearly 1:00 am. So, they switched me to a 9:35 pm flight which was scheduled to leave at 10:30 pm, and ended up leaving about 11:10 pm. Upon arriving in Tucson, the baggage took nearly 25 minutes to arrive.

Still, the fact that SW does not charge for the first 2 checked bags is a real plus in this market.
