This was a very good flight until you got to Houston.

Terminal B is a disaster, you arrive at the gate to find the gate area so crowded that you have to stand against the wall not to get trampled. The walk from the gate to the center area where you have to get a train to go to Terminal C for most Continental flights is very long and if you can't walk it, you ask for an electric cart. The answer you get is that "it is coming". After 15 minutes, it is still coming. We ended up having to walk, or else miss our connection, which took us a long time as well as created a lot of stress and heart palpatations.Very Very Bad
