    15 y/o, travelling one hour from Ontario, Ca to Phoenix, AZ ended up seated between two men...one who was browsing a risque magazine. By the time I picked her up in Phoenix, she was close to tears and so upset. The attendant told her there was no place else to seat her but they didn't ask the man to put away his reading material. A trained attendant should have been able to take charge of this situation. Southwest should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this!

    After getting the seat selection issue cleared up by a great customer service rep. Helen, the actual flight was smooth and even made great time and arrived early. the flight staff were very pleasant and attentive.

    Thanks Air Canada for coming back around as you were slipping before.
