Pleasant and friendly personnel. Flights were on time. Check-in was fast and efficient. Movie and music selections were good. Selection of red and white wine were included in the meal. Snack selection could be improved.

Great service and comfort going-quiet-good movies-able to sleep-good food

Returning a different story--forever to load as we walked and then were bused out to a plane on tarmack-climb stairs into plane-squashed in middle-surrounded by families-hot and stuffy--

Moral of story-try to take a night flight coming home or early morning-4pm is crazy

comfortable coach seat with better leg room than others. OK food. very pleasant flight attendants.

    on time departure and arrival.

Did not like Toronto airport. Airport was mobbed, not well signed, and there were grumpy airport personnel all over the place. Unpleasant enough that I would avoid it in the future. Too bad because Air Canada is certainly an airline that I would want to fly on again.

Air Canada is the BEST. We never fly with any other carriers if possible.

We fly often and truly find Air Canada the best. They have a few snags now and then but as far as helpfulness, good food, great service and choices of entertainment, they are the best. Sometimes its a bit more expensive but we save Aeroplan miles and that makes up for any extra cost.

The only problem is Toronto Pearson-- they really need to clean up their act. The luggage always takes forever, and I am sure they have contests on how much damage they can to do luggage.

But, Air Canada is still the best.

British Airways Toronto to London didn't use to measure up to the competition but two days ago they did. Great seats on the brand new 777 and believe it or not - good service!
