More attention needed to be paid to the line up building when only one attendant was checking people in. Once aboard though I was so surprised to find a happy crew all were pleasant and accomadating. This change in attitude was long over due. Anyone I know including myself has found the staff to be, well, ignorant to passengers. Are they happy because they are getting ready to go on strike?

The flight was a good one. All the WestJet staff that I have encountered since I began flying WestJet have been great.
The flights are too expensive though. My husband and I would make our trips more often but the cost is just too much. Our daughter lives in Halifax and it is too expensive for her to visit here often. We have been watching flights for a few months as there is an important event the end of April that our daughter and her boyfriend should be attending. With the prices so high only our daughter is able to make it. Very disappointing that her boyfriend cannot come with her. I have seen flights for less that fly to the Carribean. A little rediculous when Halifax is a 2 hour flight.
Hopefully they come down soon.
