We took the flight from Toledo to Sanford/Orlando. Flight was on-time and pleasant, staff was courteous. Getting through security at both airports was smooth....both are small airports. After reading some of the negative reviews, I was concerned about how this trip would go....but we didn't experience any problems. The only thing that is irritating is to have to pay extra for seating and carry-ons, but even with those extra charges, the fares were lower than any other airlines. It might work better for them to raise the rates slightly to cover those charges instead of making them add on charges.
