    Although we were delayed by weather, the trip was good and we were kept informed as to our departure. We were only delayed about 20 minutes, which means they made up some time in the air.

    I always try t fly US Airways between Tampa and Washington, DC, my previous hometown. To me, a flight is successful when the personnel are efficient, but caring, and do the job they have been trained for, and with US Air, I am never disappointed.

    $250 credit is NOT going to be enough for most people who have a schedule to keep, plans already made to voluntarily give up their seat b/c the airline over-sold tickets.

    Also, for Zone 4 and 5 boarders, it is unfair for them to be *forced* to "check" their hand carry baggage, esp. when it is not the size of a small suitcase, merely b/c some previous boarders got their larg(er) handcarries on!
