Missed a connecting flight because they delayed landing, last flight, slept in airport overnight. Very little help, arrogant supervisors, lousy attitudes, left to fend for your self, although they caused the problem. Even though the connecting flight was at the gate they had no one at the counter when I walked up, the one and only person was inside the walkway to the plane, and when she reappeared she said door was closed and could not help me but directed me to the General services desk to get rid of me and a supervisor Gregg who was ARROGANT! They do not care about passengers, they handed me a discount voucher for hotels with no way to get to them and were at least 15 minutes and miles from the airport, which we all know is surrounded by unsafe neighborhoods! Return flight from Syr was canceled first night and postponed and change twice the next day. LOUSY AIRline that doesn't give a darn about their service.
