Uneventful, on time and great flying. This sure beats driving two days to do the same, or driving 20 hours.

My flight to and from Pittsburgh was great - however, the security at Tampa airport really sucks - 100 people in line and only two Homeland security people on duty - took over 1/2 hour to get through and by the time I did get through security I had to run to the gate as my flight was already boarding. I will definitely arrive a lot earlier for my next flight out of Tampa.

routine, friendly flight attendants, plane on time, Charlotte connection just a short walk and time for lunch. Would do it again.

I had not traveled with US Airways for awhile. I was not impressed with the flight attendants...Not very friendly and way too business like.

Flights were full but I was able to get a good seat both days. We actually landed early both in Pittsburgh and Tampa, and luggage arrived quickly.
When I have the choice, I will always fly Southwest because of stellar service and no charge for checked luggage.

The plane was not full and the attendant let us move to an exit row seat with additional let room and no one in the center seat. It was wonderful. We left anmd arrived on time. WOW!!!!!

Very disappointed that on my return flight from Pittsburgh to Tampa I was waiting to board the plane when they announced that anyone could check their bag for free after I had paid $23.00 to check mine.
This airline will be my last choice for a flight. I felt like I was on a city bus with dirty seats. Out of the 4 flight segments not one in flight radio was working. I have avoided flying US Air for years and now I remember why......
