Flight took too long we had delays then landed in Charlette due to weather in Newark flight should have been 2 1/2 hours took about 7 total hours.

I don't fly often and am very apprehensive about it. Continental's flight crew was awesome and accommodating on both flights of the round trip. Loved having the option of watching satellite TV on the flight:)

It was a little confusing when my itinerary said I was flying United with codeshare of Continental. Needless to say, I went to United and was told I needed to go to Continental instead.
Continental in Newark has to get their act together. 3rd floor sends you down to 2nd floor and then 2nd floor sends you over to another aisle.
BUT THE FLIGHTS WERE GOOD!!!!!!

First flight out. Tried to change middle seat, but it's oversold. Asked for 5 volunteers, for $250 voucher, lunch; first 2 volunteers fly First Class at 1pm. Was first volunteer; filled out voucher. Announced NO volunteers needed. Tall, blonde agent handled busy gate beautifully. Boarding smooth; left on time. Luckily, people at window & aisle were small and didn't hog armrests; muffin served. DirectTV at each seat, with $6.00 charge. No free music, only fee-based entertainment. Landed early. All in all, good Continental experience!

The people took to long to get seated. Most carried to much lugage,
some couldnt lift it overhead. I felt sorry for the attendents.
