My wife and I experienced our most enjoyable flights in several years on Southwest's Milwaukee run. Everyone was friendly, efficient and competent. The flights were not totally jammed like a sardine can and the seats were comfortable.
I raved to everyone about our terrific flights. Even our checked baggage arrived at the correct carousel promptly. How wonderful being able to check bags without a surcharge. We'll be taking that trip again this coming summer.

from a 2.5 hour trip to 7.5 hour trip. I was not given another option for my flight other than the layover or to cancel my ticket. This is not acceptable alternatives when you plan a trip in advance and make plans with time frames that would accomodate some delay but not this type.

Our flight from Tampa was delayed. When we arrived at our connecting city we were told to hurry to our next gate to catch our connection. What we were not told was the next gate was two terminal away.When we got to the that gate our plane was still on the ground and the walkway was still in place but we were not allowed to board.We were then told we were already booked on another flight approx. two hours later. When we arrived in Milwaukee our luggage was not on the carousel. We found our luggage outside the lost luggage office that was closed. Our luggage was unattended and it made the connection that we missed.

Southwest has impressed us since we switched from Midwest who was suppose to have the "best care in the air"....not. Only drawback to Southwest is the seats being very close, otherwise all other service was top notch. Will continue to use Southwest in the future as airline of choice.

Sat in row 31 bad seats on both legs, felt like a jump seat...Had reservation on non stop and then they changed to 1 stop..on return was delayed 3 hours for unknown reasons....

When ever my destination is serviced by Southwest, I will choose them over other airlines. Not charging for baggage, always on time and average prices makes Southwest the best deal.
