i was on flight from FL to LAX, and the flight was delayed 5 hours. I missed connecting international flight. Delta agent offered no assistance to get me re connected with my international flight. Most selfish inconsiderate airline staff I have ever met.
Compare to singapore or All nippon airways Delta is a joke on customer service.
I will never take this airline again.

my flight was delayed for 4 hours, Delta agent refused to contact my connecting flight carrier, stating that it is not part of Delta.
Delta consistently is the worse airline in customer service, and I will never travel on delta again.
also, this flight over 4 hours offered no entertainment.
over the past 12 months I have travelled many times from LAX to FL, and Delta received the worst rating in my travel.
Jets Blue and Virgin are the airlines for the people.

My husband and I flew first class due to health issues & were pleasantly surprised by the excellent services starting from curbside until the end of our trip.This trip reminded us of how great flying used to be even if one traveled on a coach fare. It is a shame that kind of service is not shown everywhere!

Bare bones, basic for a 4 hour, non-stop flight: no music, no in-flight movie or program. Yes, we did get a beverage, and that was it. By comparison, I flew a few days later on mainland China flights -- we were served full meals and offered free beer and wine on 1.5 hour flights -- a delightful change from American owned legacy carriers !
