Upon check in we wher cahrge 180 for bags, including a carry on that fit in the measuring bin. The lady who checked us did not know how to work the computer. The lines were extensive, people did not know what line the were suppose to be in. Extensive security because customers left waiting and no explaination became roudy and verbal. Finally on the plan we were treated to a flight attendant who ignored us and was more interested in getting a passengers phone number. When I see the commercial with the CEO of Spirit in the overhang, I want to crazy glue him in. My flight including tickets came to over $250. Next time I will fly South West ,and not be disappointed.What a SCAM Spirt has going!!!!!
