Not a good flight due to the discomfort of the seat. My back is still hurting today. I was VERY uncomfortable for over 2 1/2 hours!

Had to wait an hour at the airport because of a dalay in the plane that was to come in to take me on the trip, a whole hour.....after making sure I was there as they wanted me to be,,,,,,,,, two hours before, had a longer wait...... should have some compensation for delay, was none given... seats to close now..

Everything went smoothly; staff was cordial and attentive. Otherwise, air travel is air travel - it's never as comfortable as it once was.

Our flight was on time and my only concern was the seats were extremely tight fitting. We sat on the side with two seats (26A/C)and barely had enough room between the end of our knees and the seat in front. It seemed tighter than previous flights. We also had a 3 hour layover in Atlanta because they have reduced the number of non stop flights to Flint. Flights going were on time and there were no other issues. Return we were delayed 4 hrs and never notified by Air Tran. It was a maintenance delay and then they moved it up to 1 hr 15 mins. By the time we took off we were back to the 4 hrs. They should have left it alone and compensated passengers.

If they could eliminate children in business class this flight would have been better.
I think airlines should have designated areas for
parents with children, kicking seats etc is just
not enjoyable when you are seated in front of
the little darlings. Crying children can make parents and others crazy.
