    I was hesitant @ first about the airlines but that was the cheapest fare I could find on a last minute browsing.Gave it a try and booked in according to the time schedule and my availability. Found one route and chose it and was impressed with the on time departure and excellent assistance as to direction where concourse has to be go to in Atlanta. Airtran personnel were very helpful in giving almost each passenger w/c directions to go..Will book w/ airtran again on my oncoming trip in Sept. to Las Vegas Nevada,

    My Air Tran flight from Chicago was delayed due to thunderstorma in Atlanta--ok. Told in Chicago that since 13 passengers were transferring to Tampa flight it would probably be held for us in Altanta. Got to Altanta 15 minutes after scheduled Tampa departure. Was it held 15 minutes? Hell no! The airline did not have to compensate us b/c it was weather related, so we had to sleep in Atlanta airport overnight (offered hotel discount--but arrived at 1 am and would have to leave for airport by 6 am, so after getting to hotel, would havve gotten about 3 hrs sleep--not cost effective!) Bet if they had to pay us, they would have held Tamp plane, huh??
