    I am not a big fan of Southwest, that said they do an adequate job. I really wish they would go to assigned seats. Lining up to get on the plane seems like a cattle call. I really wish there was some kind of foot rest so the vertically challenged would not have to sit with their feet hanging above the floor. The flight attendant was very funny. He had a great sense of humor, he really could do stand up comedy.

    I was the women traveling alone with 2 kids under 4 - the person every hopes they are not sitting close too!! I was late (shocker) to board the full plane, actually I was the last, and they where closing the gate, but all the staff helped me on the plane, had 3 seats together which I'm sure they had to move people to accomplish and where attentive to me and my children through the entire flight. Fortunately my kids (Age 3 and 18 mo.) did behave and I was even able to read a magazine!! i will definitely continue to fly Southwest whenever possible.
