flts were on time no problems this is why I fly jet blue whenever possible plus no luggage fee and thta a plus!!!!

The flight met all of my expectations. Both legs were on-time, check-in and in-flight service were

You can't beat a direct flight that gives you loads of leg room, treats, TV, & drinks all for free! I will gladly pay a slightly higher price for a direct flight!

Non-stops are great, we actually arrived early both going out and coming back. Check in at Syracuse is usually fairly quick, but check in at Orlando is always a nightmare, too many tourists!

Excellent assist for a partially blind 86 year old woman. In SYR I was allowed to accompany her to the gate and wait with her till she boarded. In Orlando she was met by a representative with a wheel chair and take to baggage claim where she met family. On the return flight she was assisted with a wheel chair on both ends. She said the people were attentive and nice.
