First time flying during a terrible rain/wind storm. Flew out 10/16...b/c of weather flight was 4 hours late. Thankfully earlier in day I switched my flight from your 5:30 pm to Cleveland/Philadelphia. The agent I spoke with was so hard to understand....it took forever. I requested his supervisor; which he wouldn't get. It was so frustrating, however, I was glad it finally worked out to fly to different destination. While waiting in SYR (for 5.5 hours) an Agent announced "Continental airlines is going to provide some pizza" someone asked if they would include beverages i.e. water to which he replied "No, this is all" I was thinking....not even little plastic cups of water? To me it was incredibly cheap of your company. Everyone was tired of waiting, taking a commuter flight is a bit unnerving in windy weather to begin with. I fly east all the time from AZ and doubt I will be taking your airlines. If you couldn't even supply a glass of water then what else will you skimp on????? safety as well? My check-in isn't worth going into either; just say it was confusing.
