    I love Southwest. I have been in the meeting planning and marketing industry throughout my carrer - needless to say I have done alot of traveling. The corporate mantra of Southwest is excellent customer service and it shows. The employees are happy and so are the customers. The whole experience is easy and pleasant.

    I am impressed on how well the staff handled everything related to my flight. They were corteous and tried to expedite every single process of check-in, boarding, and delivering luggage. I am very satisfied.

    I had no problems at all. The plane was right on time even with the one stop. The pilot said that the weather was a little rough from St. Louis to Chicago so the flight attendants would not be serving drinks during the flight. That was OK--did not miss it. Flight was not bad at all.

    I fly alot and these were the most uncomfortable seats EVER! The rest of my family all sat down at the same time and the first comment we all made was that the seats were horrible. Ours were as hard as wood and others were falling off the seat frame. I wish I could have stood up the entire time.

    Traveled with a disabled brother to Tampa with a stopover in Nashville. In Tampa I picked up my mother, who also has disabilities, and traveled to Washington, D.C., Portland, Seattle, and back to St. Louis. From the beginning to the end of the trip Southwest employees were fantastic. It is a given they are professional; add to that considerate, accommodating to travelers with disabilities, and caring about the welfare of their passengers. Have never had a bad trip with Southwest.
