I printed my boarding passes at home. Check in was an easy process. There was a storm the night before my flight, so the planes landed late, and the pilots and stewards and stewardesses, were late getting back to the airport due to layover requirements for the first flight out the morning of my flight, which would have made me miss my connecting flight. A helpful desk clerk rescheduled me through a different airport, and gave me breakfast and lunch certificates (plus my original flight was overbooked). The stewards and stewardesses were polite, professional, and helpful on board the plane. There were fewer business people onboard the flights, and more families, which meant a lot more carryons that barely fit under the seat, and in the overheads. It was a full flight. The steward was active in helping passengers fit their bags in the overhead storage, which got the passengers seated, and the plane on the runway and in the air much quicker.
