    I was pleased with being able to check a with out the extra cost. Out bound check out was fast and easy. MCO to STL leg was a different story. SW did not have all of there kios open and the line was slow.

    We were on our way home from Orlando at MCO. The sign at the gate said St. Louis but also said Miami. When the woman at the gate announced boarding she only called those people going to Miami, so we didn't get up. I finally asked her about the flight to St. Louis and she that that was it , and why hadn't we boarded yet!!! SO, we boarded and headed to Miami. When those people got off we stayed on waiting for the St. Louis bound people to board. Well, it's a good thing I looked up when I did as they were taking our luggage off as it was unattended! When we boarded there was no more room close to our seats so it was stowed closer to the front of the plane. No one asked if the luggage belonged to anyone still on the plane. Not a very good experience and not sure I would want to fly American again.

    had a little scare that the plane was overbooked. We were able to fly with no problems. The beverage cart offerings was stingy!

    Southwest's pilot and flight attendants were very funny. Sang to us. Joked around continuously to the point passengers were waiting for what was coming next. Received a snack and drink for a short 2 1/2 hour flight. Couldn't ask for anything more! Love to fly SW and FREE 2 baggages are a great money saver. Would suggest everyone fly with them.

    I rated the overall flight 4 stars, but it might not be Southwest's fault. When I arrived for my layover in Birmingham, there were no stores open and only one food stand. The weather affected the STL ro BHM leg of my flight, and no in-flight service was given, as well as being 40 minutes late due to the weather. However, the BHM to MCO segment was very smooth, and the crew were hilarious, as well as very generous with the libations and pretzels and peanuts. It made arriving home after a long weekend very nice.

    I continue to favor Southwest Airlines. They give prompt and friendly service and I will continue to choose them over the other airlines simply because they do not charge us (families) for luggage.

    Flight was actually early departing St. Louis. Made it smoothly into Orlando and were on our way to Disney World in no time. Flight leaving Orlando was a little late, but the time was made up in the air and we actually arrived 5 minutes early. Love Southwest Airlines.
