    With all of the other airlines' ridiculous bag fees, I will only fly Southwest unless I have absolutely no other option.

    i have always have the best deals, great service. Very friendly employees, always helpful. i had missed my flight home and the employees made sure i got on a different flight. I like the direct flights. I wouldn't go with anyone else but southwest airlines.

    Airline personnel in St.Louis not very helpful...frustrating at best. Treated MUCH better in DFW even arriving at almost midnight. Finally made it to LAS having paid for night in hotel we couldn't use.

    Southwest always seems to give their all no matter what the circumstances are and they are sincere about it..I Love Southwest, and they don"t charge for bags....
