    I travel this route about 3 or 4 times a year always on Southwest. FINE,Fair airline,very pleasant ,great service,understanding about a leg problem I have.

    Great experience, great airline, great organization! Southwest has wonderful perks and really sets the standard for other airlines. I wish they had more direct flights out of St. Louis but I am sure that is coming.

    100 % booked flight w/4 extra children allowed to fly from very young to 8 yo.

    Due to their constant screaming, yelling, taunting each other,running, kicking seats, the flight was intolerable with stress and pain for the total 2 hrs and 15 minutes of flight.

    The two mothers refused to discipline and take charge of their children's lumpen, out of control behavior.

    NOne of the surrounding flyers could read, talk, and or rest during the flight.
