    AirTran - Late flight, rude agents that give minimum effort, rude flight attendant (dead heading). It won't be easy to convert the AirTran attitudes to the #winning ways of Southwest.

    My roundtrip flight from St. Louis to Baltimore was great. The airport personnel we all helpful and friendly as was Southwest personnel. My flight out was delayed 2 hours due to bad weather and the people at the desk were very apologetic and quick with time updates. I love Southwest!

    Suppose to of had a 3 1/2 hour LAYOVER in Newark...well turned out to be a SIX hour DELAY! :( Then the return I was to go thru Cleveland, thankfully...well the dang plane was coming FROM Newark...same story! So they FINALLY put me on UNITED and got me home in a reasonable time; however...just as I KNEW would happen...my luggage didn't make it! It did come sometime in the night, thankfully!!

    Both legs of the trip were on time. STL terminal is always much more convenient for SW flights because they have their own (smaller) terminal. Goes without saying that the no charge for baggage is a PLUS.

    Some people may not consider this a plus but I thought it was a courteous gesture. We were maybe fifteen minutes late leaving STL for BWI because we were waiting for a flight to arrive from somewhere with passengers booked on our flight. I heard the stewardess mention we were the last flight going to BWI that day and they didn't want the passengers stranded.
