I am handicapped and ALL Allegiant employees went well above and beyond the call of duty to make my trip as easy and as comfortable as they possibly could. Would heartily recommend this airline. The non-stop features I had make this experience even better. I would like to see this company expand to more cities. ( and their fares are unbeatable )

Lost luggage on a NONSTOP flight. No specific location to get help once in LA. Waited 3 hours just to be able to fill out a missing luggage report. Then once they loated it(30 hours later), I had to drive 100 miles to retreive it with no reimbursement or offers for discount on next flight....AND I HAD TO PAY $40.00 for that lauggage to be in their NONSTOP flight!!

the crew was great and the flight was perfect. No complaints.I will definetly be flying Alligiance again in the near future. I just wish their were more flights at $59.00 to LAX.

Was not told that the Allegiant Gate check-in is only manned 2 1/2 hrs before their first scheduled flight. Once workers arrived, check-in procedure went well. Crew pleasant and helpful.
