What does direct air mean??? I thought we would leave spfld, Il fly direct to punta gorda. Even lost my assigned seat. 1.5 hour delay in spfld. Really disappointed....Wow hope you can do a lot better if you plan on staying in business.Our airline being Punta Gorda/FL Direct air was not a choice
