The service was good at the beginning, but if you wanted a refill, good luck! The food was meger and there were no choices, it was take it or leave it. First class used to be more for the money, now it is just a more comfortable seat and a closer bathroom.

No better, no worse than the typical flight these days...minimal service. Full flights these days make for less room...dislike the charge for checked baggage...

The boarding times, take offs, and arrivals were all very punctual. We even landed 15 minutes early on both flights. Everything went smoothly!

Our gate was changed, no one told us. We were supposed to arive 9:15pm, didn't get in until 9:50pm. Return flight was late, missed shuttle!@!

My most recent flight on Alaska Airlines was a nice, no hassle flight with an on-time departure. We even arrived a few minutes early! The crew was friendly, too. What more can you ask for?

From the moment I arrived with my wife to check in baggage all people were extremely pleasent. TAS people were excellent taking special care of my diabetic wife by explaining how to care her meds to where to buy food she could eat at the airport. Both ways The plane left on time and arrived early at the gate. Pilots when it was not cloudy told us what the plane was flying over.
