We flew Seattle through Miami to Costa Rica. There were troubles all along the way. Flight in Miami had been cancelled due to airport problems - they put us on in Seattle with no notice. Had to scramble at Miami. Previously reserved seats were given to others (despite early reservation) so that my husband and I couldn't sit together (along with many other families. Light burned out over seat - couldn't read for the entire flight and seat recliner broken and was very uncomfortable. Bad enough being packed in like sardines but the gate agents were very cold like take it or leave it. Service skimpy. This has become typical of this over-sized airline.
